Rajiv Gandhi Gold Trophy State Level Kabaddi Tournament  2008

 From 2^nd May 2008 to 5^th May 2008 Shri. Ramsheth Thakur Samajik Vikas Mandal organized “Rajiv Gandhi Gold Trophy State level Kabaddi Tournament” in Collaboration with Maharashtra State Kabaddi Association and Raigad District Kabaddi Association. 14 men and 10 women teams have participated and demonstrated their skills of sportsmanship in the tournament. The Mandal provided accommodations facility, food and specious playground along with grand audience gallery.

                  This prestigious tournament is inaugurated by auspicious hands of Hon’ ble Shri. Ajit Pawar, the Water Conservation and Irrigation Minister, Maharashtra, Shri. Vasantrao Purke, Educational Minister, Shri. Sushilkumar Shinde, Minister of Power Government of India, and the prize distribution ceremony was held in the august presence of  Hon ’ble  Shri. Vilasrao Deshmukh, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri. K. C. Linka president O.B.C. Cell all India Congress Committee, Shri. Sunil Tatkare, Food & Civil Supply Minister Government  of Maharashtra. Shri. Ramsheth Thakur , Ex.M.P., Shri. Madhukar Thakur, M.L.A.Alibag-Uran, Shri. Jayprakash Chajed, M.L.C., Hon’ ble Shri. Datta Patharikar Co-ordinator Maharashtra State Associate.
